RW WERNER KRESS RECEIVES
WENDELL K. WALKER, BUILDER OF MEN AWARD
The Wendell K. Walker, Builder
of Men Award, was recently bestowed upon Bro. Werner Kress (center), by the MW
Neil I. Bidnick. Presenting the award at
that time was RW Wolfgang Schlichter (right), then District Deputy Director
of the Ninth Manhattan District and W Robert
Stein (left), then Master of Trinity Lodge No. 12. The award recognizes dedicated men who have
emerged as extraordinary in their devotion to Freemasonry principles. Through their conscious effort and untiring
work, they have helped develop other Brothers in the Fraternity. The award was introduced to recognize a Mason
who exemplifies the work of a “Master Builder.”
